Rory Muscat


Rory’s professional background includes an extensive banking career spanning 34 years, ranging from Personal Banking, Business Banking and Private Banking to Senior Management in Westpac, AMP Bank, NAB and Bankwest. During this period Rory developed and built Relationship Management Teams and Private Banking on a culture of customer centricity.

Rory is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), where he adopts a process using five steps to ensure a successful transition from business. He has also held Directorships with the Manly Warringah Rugby League Club between 2011 and 2014 and has been actively involved in the Manly Sea Eagles since their privatisation in 2002.

To balance his professional life, Rory enjoys quality time with his family and still plays cricket and touch football with his three sons as well as being actively involved with various charitable communities.


Rory joined dVT Group in 2011, bringing his skill set to develop and enhance our client/referrer relationship to build a strong collegial business model.

He has been involved in building and growing the teams which has involved developing business relationships and new business units over the years.

Rory also assists the dVT Group with  ‘giving back to the community’ through charity work, mainly for the Special Olympics via the Laugh Out Loud Charity Breakfast and the Special Olympics Cup game between NRL teams Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs and South Sydney Rabbitohs.
