Suelen McCallum
Partner
Suelen joined dVT Group in 2002, after a number of years working with established insolvency firms such as PPB and developing her accounting experience and skills with some of the profession’s most influential figures, as well as gaining broader business and accounting experience in the commercial field.
Background:
Within the dVT Group Suelen specialises in insolvency as well as turnaround management, business valuations and expert witness engagements. With more than 40 years’ experience in her fields of expertise, Suelen brings a very pragmatic approach to providing solutions for clients and referrers as well as an eye for detail that ensures quality investigative accounting work when needed, and a confident knowledgeable approach to expert reports.
Suelen became a partner in the firm in 2016. Major milestones and achievements include:
- Undertaking the inaugural Turnaround Management Association certification course (and being Top Student for that year)
- Developing the dVT Consulting division and providing specialist business valuation and litigation support services
- Undertaking the inaugural Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand Business Valuation Specialist Accreditation course
- For the past 12 years Suelen has been chair of the committee for the Inspirational Women’s Breakfast held each year in Sydney in support of Special Olympics Australia.

- Certified Business Valuer, Australian Valuers Institute
- Member of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association (ARITA)
- Member of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA)
- Director, Secretary and Member of Association of Independent Insolvency Practitioners (AIIP)
