Associate Director

Hiteshi Dekhtawala joins dVT Group as an Associate Director, bringing over 16 years of experience in corporate and personal insolvency and restructuring solutions. Passionate and outcome-oriented, she approaches each challenge with empathy and a commercial mindset. Her strategic guidance provides clients with tailored solutions that navigate complex financial landscapes effectively.
Background:
With a prior auditing experience in India, Hiteshi’s career in Australia began at Condon Advisory Group in 2008, where she developed a solid foundation in insolvency. At Chifley Advisory, she advanced to Principal position, guiding clients and referrers with a very pragmatic approach to finding a win-win solution for all involved.
Hiteshi is a sound mentor for her team and prides herself in her ability in building strong insolvency professionals. She specialises in complex investigations, voidable transaction recoveries, and asset realisation strategies across industries like retail, logistics, hospitality, and many more.
Life outside work sees Hiteshi enjoying spending quality time with her family.

- Associate Member of the Association of Independent Insolvency Practitioners (AIIP)
- Certified Accounting Technician (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India)
- Masters in Commerce (Mumbai University, India)
